From Pampa Linda, following the main road through footpaths in direction to Mount Tronador , we get to Ventisquero Negro. Leaving the Manso River behind we follow the path of an ancient river, parallel to the south of the Manso River that will take us to the frontal moraine of Ventisquero Negro. This glacier is fed by the constant and uproarious ice avalanches that crumble from the Glacier Manso River , to about 700 meters of higher unevenness in the mountain. This Glacier has its river basin from feeding off the superior glacier cap of the Tronador. The ice, after falling and eroding the slope of the mountain, is at heart accumulated of the valley, giving origin to the Black Ventisquero.
