ESQUI TOTAL: Includes ten (10) weeks starting on week Nº 27 to Nº 39, from which Argentine Winter Holidays are excluded (usually 3 weeks in July).
SOL Y NIEVE: Includes twenty-four (24) weeks starting on week Nº 11 to week Nº 26, excluding Easter Week, and from week Nº 40 to Nº 48.

PROCEDURE ON HOW TO BUY ONE OR MORE TIME SHARE WEEKS IN CASA DEL LAGO RESORT

Once you confirm that you want to buy a time share week we fill out a buy-sell document. You will keep the orginal copy. This document will be of value once our central office confirms all information given with you by either phone or email.
The email account will be used for these purposes.
Once all information is verified, we will send you a copy of the contract with a welcome letter to the address specified by you. To become an Interval International member you need to Interval's offices directly. They will issue you a client number. You will use this number to deposit your weeks in Interval to get an exchange. Interval will confirm that you have paid common expenses for that year with our central office and you will be able to travel wherever you want

How many weeks can I use a year and will I lose them if I don't use them? |
|
| |
You can use as many weeks as you own each year, and in the case that you not use your weeks you can accumulate for the next year. For example, if you deposit your weeks in Interval in 2006 and don't use them, those weeks will expire in the year 2008. If you do not use them before that year you will lose them. However, Interval always uses your oldest weeks to prevent this from happening. |

If I do not travel can someone else use my weeks? |
|
| |
Yes, anyone can use your weeks but keep in mind that you do have to pay Interval a guest fee in order for them to send you the voucher in the name of your friend. |

How do I get to use my week? |
|
| |
If you want to ask for a week in one of the resorts in Interval's directory you need to get in contact with us directly. Remember that you need to be up to date with the common expenses for you weeks to be used. Once we confirm your deposit you can contact Interval and ask for the resort you have chosen to vacation in. |

You own your weeks for 99 years once you have purchased them. |

| |
Yes, your weeks will be inherited by your children whenever you ask for it. |
