After departing from Puerto San Carlos (in Bariloche) or Puerto Pañuelo (in Llao-Llao), you will sail along the Blest arm of lake Nahuel Huapi, past the famous Centinela islet, where explorer and pioneer Dr. Francisco Moreno is buried.
You will reach Puerto Blest, surrounded by lush rainforest, in time for lunch. Then the tour continues with a walk to Los Cántaros waterfall along the banks of a torrent, up a 600 m stairway from which you can admire several stunning falls.
Optional tour to Lake Frías : Take the bus, and stop along the way to admire a gigantic "coihue" tree known as "El Abuelo" -the grandfather-. Then you will be driven on to Puerto Alegre on the shore of lake Frías, from where you will sail across its unique blue-green waters past Pared del Eco -the wall of echoes- to visit Puerto Frías.
