All bungalows are equipped with a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette (cooking utensils and silverware), small fridge, microwave oven, and Cable TV.
Rates include taxes, towels and linen, and daily maid services.
Minors over the age 2 are considered adults.
Breakfast is not included in the nightly rates. We offer continental breakfast (toast with butter and regional jams and a choice of coffee or tea) for $30 (Argentine pesos) or american breakfast (omelette type scrambled eggs with ham and cheese, toast and a choice of coffee or tea) for $35 (Argentine pesos).
Mid season includes the months of December, March, and Easter Holidays.
Low season includes the months of April, May, June, September, October and November.
We offer a 10% discount for reservations of more than 3 nights during low and mid season, excluding Easter Holidays. Please ask for ongoing promotions!
In order to confirm a reservation we ask for a payment of 50% of the reservation price. Payment can be made either by credit card in dollars, by bank deposit, or transfer into Casa del Lago’s Account. Once we receive payment we will send you your Voucher that can be printed and presented once upon arrival. You will then be asked to pay the remainder 50% of the total reservation price.
We accept all major credit cards with Google Checkout or Paypal. To confirm payment we will send you an email with a link for you to fill out your credit card details.
Upon arrival at Casa del Lago you will have to complete a check-in form with your personal information. We require a credit card or a $200 (pesos) deposit in case of property damage.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will incurr a 10% charge.
Reservations cancelled between 15 to 29 days prior to arrival will be charged for 2 nights.
Reservations cancelled less than 15 days prior to arrival will be charged for the full amount of the reservation.

To and from the Civic Center (Center of Town): $80 (Argentine Pesos)
To and from Cerro Catedral (ski slopes): $100 (Argentine Pesos)
To and from Puerto Pañuelo: $150 (Argentine Pesos)
Buses to and from the center of town and El Bolsón with Via Bariloche
At Casa del Lago's entrance, on route 40, Via Bariloche offers bus service between 9am and 9pm. This bus runs from El Bolsón to the center of Bariloche and from Bariloche to El Bolsón.

Car Rental
We can arrange your car rental reservation at Casa del Lago Resort. You may request for a reservation by email and we will have the car waiting for you at the airport or at the resort.
